• American College of Medical Quality - ACMQ

  The American College of Medical Quality (ACMQ) is a physician membership specialty society open to all healthcare professionals. Its mission is to provide leadership and education in healthcare quality management. ACMQ offers a core body of knowledge to healthcare professionals in the field of medical quality management and conducts and sponsors ongoing research and evaluation in the various fields of medical quality.

• American Medical Group Foundation – AMGF

  The American Medical Group Foundation (AMGF) is the philanthropic arm of the American Medical Group Association. Its mission is to foster quality improvement in group practice through education and research programs in clinical quality, patient safety, service, operational efficiency and innovation. The AMGF is dedicated to demonstrating to the industry that the total coordinated care model continues to provide the highest quality, cost-effective, efficient care possible.

• American Medical Group Association – AMGA

  The American Medical Group Association (AMGA) represents medical groups, independent practice associations and integrated healthcare delivery systems. AMGA's mission is to improve health care for patients by supporting multispecialty medical groups and other organized systems of care. More than 117,000 physicians practice in AMGA member organizations, providing healthcare services for 110 million patients in 49 states (nearly one in three Americans).

• Care Continuum Alliance

  The Care Continuum Alliance represents more than 200 organizations and individuals and aligns all stakeholders in the care continuum toward improving population health. Through advocacy, research and education, the Care Continuum Alliance advances strategies to improve care quality and outcomes and reduce preventable costs for the well and those with and at risk of chronic conditions.

• Group Practice Improvement Network – GPIN

  The Group Practice Improvement Network (GPIN) is a nonprofit organization created by the founders of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement to provide a vehicle through which medical groups achieve and sustain performance excellence by sharing knowledge of best practices. Its mission is to serve as a catalyst for large multispecialty group practices to achieve performance excellence through shared learning. GPIN member groups will be leaders in quality of care, patient experience and cost effectiveness.

• Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society - HIMSS

  The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) is a not-for-profit organization focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare. Its mission is to transform healthcare through the effective use of IT and management systems. HIMSS frames and leads healthcare practices and public policy through its content expertise, professional development and research initiatives designed to promote information and management systems’ contributions to improving the quality, safety, access and cost-effectiveness of patient care.

• Medical Group Management Association - MGMA

  The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is the membership association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices. Its mission is to continually improve the performance of medical group practice professionals and the organizations they represent. MGMA offers networking, professional education and resources and political advocacy for medical practice management.

  As an MGMA Corporate Affiliate, Phytel offers value-added products and services to MGMA member group practices while lending support to MGMA through a variety of programs.

• Microsoft Health Users Group

  The Microsoft Health Users Group is a global community of healthcare IT experts and primarily consists of information technology professionals and developers from healthcare providers, solution providers and independent software vendors. The mission of this users group is to be the healthcare industry forum for exchanging ideas, promoting learning and sharing solutions for information systems using Microsoft technologies. The Microsoft Health Users Group provides industry leadership, drives appropriate standards and develops associated requirements in support of healthcare solutions.

• National Quality Forum – NQF

  The National Quality Forum (NQF) is a nonprofit organization that operates under a three-part mission to improve the quality of American healthcare by 1) building consensus on national priorities and goals for performance improvement and working in partnership to achieve them; 2) endorsing national consensus standards for measuring and publicly reporting on performance; and 3) promoting the attainment of national goals through education and outreach programs. The breadth of its membership allows it to be well positioned to maintain a constant drumbeat for healthcare quality.

• Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative – PCPCC

  The Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPPC) is a coalition of more than 700 major employers, consumer groups, organizations representing primary care physicians and other stakeholders advancing the patient centered medical home (PCMH) model. The Collaborative believes that, if implemented, the PCMH will improve the health of patients and the healthcare delivery system. The Collaborative advocates development of an ongoing relationship with a personal physician, coordinated care across the health system, ongoing pursuit of quality and safety, enhanced access to care and payment recognizing the value added.

• TransforMED

  TransforMED is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Its mission is the transformation of health care delivery to achieve optimal patient care, professional satisfaction and success of primary care practices. TransforMED provides ongoing consultation and support to physicians looking to transform their practices to a new model of care that is based on the concept of a patient-centered medical home (PCMH).
