As Vice President of Client Services at Phytel, Matthew Kochan leads the company’s Client Management and Client Care team, ensuring Phytel delivers exceptional service and support. Kochan has more than 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. His responsibilities have ranged from general and P&L management to customer care, technical support and marketing. Before joining Phytel, he was senior vice president at Nortel Networks and McAfee, vice president at Compaq and Digital, and chief operating officer at Sento and Stream. As an entrepreneur, Kochan founded an outsourcing services firm. He has an MS degree in management from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS degree in electrical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
