The American College of Medical Quality (ACMQ) provides leadership and education in healthcare quality management. ACMQ provides a core body of knowledge to health care professionals in the field of medical quality management and conducts and sponsors on-going research and evaluation in the various fields of medical quality.

 

American Medical Group Foundation mission is to foster quality improvement in group practice through education and research programs in clinical quality, patient safety, service, operational efficiency and innovation. Phytel is a Corporate Founding Member of AMGF and focuses around ensure the group model of total coordinated care remains the model of excellence and provides patients with the high-quality, cost-effective care.

 

The Care Continuum Alliance (DMAA) promotes the role of population health improvement in raising the quality of care, improving health outcomes and reducing preventable health care costs for individuals with chronic conditions and those at risk of developing chronic conditions. DMAA activities in support of these efforts include advocacy, research and the promotion of best practices in care management.

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is the premier membership association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices. The National Quality Forum (NQF) is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the quality of healthcare for all Americans through fulfillment of setting national priorities and goals for performance improvement; endorsing national consensus standards for measuring and publicly reporting on performance; and promoting the attainment of national goals through education and outreach programs.

 

The Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative is a coalition of more than 500 employers, consumer groups, patient quality organizations, health plans, labor unions, hospitals and clinicians who have joined together to develop and advance the patient centered medical home. The Collaborative believes that, if implemented, the patient centered medical home will improve the health of patients and the viability of the health care delivery system. In order to accomplish our goal, employers, consumers, patients, clinicians and payers have agreed that it is essential to support a better model of compensating clinicians.
