Your Phytel services are linked directly to a secure, dedicated Phytel Patient Registry that is developed, operated and maintained for your organization at Phytel’s SAS 70 Type II certified data center. Updated regularly from your Practice Management System and other data and lab systems, your Patient Registry always contains accurate information on your entire patient population, including each individual’s demographics, visit history, appointment schedule, and compliance status across all relevant treatment protocols.

Phytel services based on your Patient Registry drive point-of-care accuracy and safety, promote patient self-management, optimize resource utilization, and make it easier for you to satisfy complex regulatory and payer requirements.

Simplified Data Integration

Phytel automatically transfers data from your systems into a secure Phytel repository, where the data is translated, standardized and organized before flowing into your Patient Registry. In addition to Practice Management System data, you can integrate data from  sources such as EMR platforms, electronic prescribing systems, paper claims, labs and imaging. Data updates occur daily, with compliance status refreshed weekly. Most Phytel services access the Patient Registry every day.
