Using a registry of all active patients and a connection into your practice management system, appointments are scanned throughout the day to identify patients who have not yet scheduled a visit for their follow-up care.
Notify Patients through Automated Messaging
Once patients are identified as needing service, Phytel Notify™ automatically initiates communication, prompting them to contact the office to schedule an appointment. The message is patient-friendly and recorded in a natural language voice to meet the specific needs of each practice location. Even caller ID for outbound calls reflects the local practice location for which a notification message is sent.
Remind Patients of Scheduled Appointments and Manage No-Shows
Patients with scheduled appointments or those that miss their appointment are also contacted in a timely fashion. This ensures that not only are patients contacted for recommended care, but are also reminded about scheduled appointments to see their specialist.
